Accountant

Job description:

  • Full organization and keeping financial and tax accounting of a company;
  • Preparation of financial statements, accounts, and tax declarations;
  • Financial analysis of company activities and preparation of management accounts to the board.

Requirements:

  • Higher or further education in accounting (completed studies and obtained qualification);
  • At least 2 years of successful work experience as an accountant;
  • Knowledge of legislation regulating accounting and taxes.
  • Knowledge of English and Russian (preferably);
  • Computer skills;
  • Proactiveness, thoroughness, responsibility, independence, punctuality, positive attitude towards work, ability to work in a team.

Lawyer

Job description:

  • Preparation of drafts of legal documents;
  • Performing the legal analysis of legal documents;
  • Preparation of agreements, minutes and other legal documents;
  • Analysis of legislation, judicial practice and other legal sources and presenting the conclusions;
  • Preparation of claims, responses, and other procedural documents;
  • Providing legal consulting.

Requirements:

  • Responsibility, thoroughness, openness for innovation;
  • Creative thinking;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Active interest in the news of legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
